beep beep beep

What on Earth is going on outside at this hour of the night? A series of car horn beeps have been going off for like half an hour! Not just one but several over the course of time. And now there's another really loud vehicle out there - probbaly a tow truck - though I can't see it from my window. It's all just so effing noisy and even closing my window doesn't shut it all out. What the heck?

And the beeping still happens!! wtf, seriously. I've been kept awake for half an hour at least...........
