The Longer Long Day

8:30 Dentist Appt.
9-6 Applefield Farm
7-10 Gaming

That was the plan, but then we threw in unloading hay 6:15-7:15. So in the mid-90's heat, I hung around outdoors all day, and threw around nearly a trailerful of hay bales. Don't forget that inside the hay barn (especially up near the top where we ended up) it's easily 10 degrees hotter than outside. If I hadn't tanned enough from all the sun this summer, I definitely turned bright red from the sheer heat!

Gaming was a very welcome end to the day, though, especially with a functioning AC. Many thanks to DH and Rolypolypony for hosting and feeding us every week! It is very appreciated, and if ever salad greens or other vegetables or those nifty cakelike things are desired, just let me know and I'll bring them!
